Committing to Your Wellness
Breathwork is a Practice
Breathwork can be a good experience, but like any experience, it quickly fades without intention and integration.
Breathwork's transformational benefits really begin to unfold when you treat it as a practice.
When practiced regularly, your practice will deepen. You may find yourself dropping deeper into meditative stillness, experiencing visions, and having more time to explore the intentions you bring to your practice.
From a science perspective, having a regular practice strengthens the new neural connections you're making and encourages neurogenesis. In simpler terms this results for many breathers as significant decreases to anxiety, trauma release, and relief from depression. It also means more trust in your self, increased calm and inner peace and access to your inner wisdom.
I love seeing people coming to breathwork for the first time, and coming back to my circles when they need a recharge, and I also want to share the benefits that I've experienced from having a regular practice.
Through the end of June, I've set up 14 circles (you can view the whole calendar here). If you came to each circle, that comes out to a suggested donation of $350.
Because I'm interested in creating a community and helping you take this practice deeper, I'm offering an Alchemist membership that will be good for all circles through the end of June for just $111.
If you just come to one circle a month, you will already be saving money and investing in your own wellness, serenity and nervous system. Since there are 2-4 circles scheduled each month, this is an amazing opportunity to commit to your growth and integration this year.
I'll also be adding some additional benefits for Alchemist members . To start with I'll be doing a guided meditation session before the main breathwork circles, and will also be offering some additional integration activities tbd.
So what are you waiting for, it's time to commit to your wellness, and to a deeper connection to your self and your breathwork practice.
Click HERE and I'll send you an access code good for the next 5 months.
About the Author
Jonathan's interest in the transformative power of the breath is driven by his own healing journey. After practicing meditation and mindfulness in the Zen and Tibetan Buddhist traditions for almost 20 years, he rediscovered breathwork during a dark night of the soul and was amazed at the impact the practice had on his life.
After exploring several types of breathwork and working to create his own system, he found Neurodynamic Breathwork and completed an extensive facilitator-training program that was equal parts breathwork, deep personal development, and training in how to hold space for expanded states of awareness and support others through authentic presence.
This training, combined with lessons learned integrating his own extensive experiences with plant medicine helped Jonathan launch his brand “Blue Magic Alchemy ” that provides 1:1 integration and transformation coaching, a podcast, breathwork and meditation circles, and information to support grounded exploration into altered states of consciousness.
