If you've been curious about using the healing power of your breath so that you can release emotional material, connect to your inner intelligence and true self, tune into your heart and let go of somatic energy this breathwork workshop is for you!
Every session of breathwork is different! The experience can vary between deep meditative stillness and relaxation & joy in your body, mind & spirit and even psychedelic-like visions.
This session is for beginner and experienced breathers alike.
Spaces are limited for these 2-hour online breathwork sessions.
Certified Neurodynamic Breathwork facilitator and transformational coach Jonathan Schecter will lead you through this active meditation using intentional connected breathing.
This type of breathwork allows you to enter an expanded state of consciousness, and works on similar parts of the brain as psychedelics to quiet activity to the Default Mode Network, which holds your ego and sense of “self”.
This allows you to drop into your inner intelligence, a deep area of your subconscious that your ego mind normally keeps you from accessing.
This inner intelligence supports you in clearing mental and emotional blockages – which can also manifest as physical symptoms in the body.
As these blockages clear, new neural connections form and strengthen, allowing you space to move forward with new perspective and ideas.
Each session begins with a meditation to calm and center the body and mind, followed by a powerful breathwork journey set to specially curated music.
The container closes with an integration circle to support and deepen the experience.
Even over Zoom, there is an energetic connection when people breathe together. It’s an honor to hold space and put these workshops together. Breathwork is such an important part of my healing journey and I’m grateful to be able to share it with you!
One of the beautiful things about this practice is that it deepens and gets stronger the more you practice.
There is additional information to read before the workshop, and several forms to complete if it’s your first time (see "Go to Registration" below).
