Upcoming Group Breathwork Offerings

You know the longer I'm in this space, the more I'm convinced of the alchemical power that community has on the integration process.

I do have private clients that I work with in my breathwork practice and the work that's done is extremely beneficial. And there's also something transformative about the group experience. About being able to share and be seen by others. About contributing your energy into a collective container online and in person. About the co-regulation to the nervous system that occurs when many people are sharing space together.

With this in mind, I wanted to remind you of a couple events coming up.

If you're in Tucson, this Saturday 10:30am-12:30pm there's a special Foundations of Breathwork workshop that I'm hosting at Sangha Yoga in Oro Valley. This is a great place to start if you're new and wanting to learn techniques that you can start to practice to call in more calm in the new year, be more grounded for medicine work (and any other stress), sleep better and bring more presence to whatever you're doing.

If you're not local (or you're ready for a deeper journey) the next Breathwork for Transformation Online session is Wednesday January 18 at 3:30PM Pacific. This is my marquee offering of transformative connected breathwork, meditation and integration support.

Speaking of community, this session of Breathwork for Transformation is supported by Empathic.Health, an amazing community for spiritual seekers, psychonauts and people committed to their own inner growth. I've been a part of this community for almost a year now and it continues to blossom in terms of the membership and the activities that are offered such as integration circles, movie night, writing groups, meditations, tarot readings and a lot more.

Thanks to their generosity and support entering 'Empathic.Health' at registration will drop the price of entry by 50% (and the sessions are also free if you're already an Empathic.Health member).

I hope to see you at one or both of these events! I have some more to write about community as it pertains to the podcast so look for that coming soon.

With Blessings,
Jonathan

Jonathan Schecter

Jonathan's interest in the transformative power of the breath is driven by his own healing journey. After practicing meditation and mindfulness in the Zen and Tibetan Buddhist traditions for almost 20 years, he rediscovered breathwork during a dark night of the soul and was amazed at the impact the practice had on his life.

After exploring several types of breathwork and working to create his own system, he found Neurodynamic Breathwork and completed an extensive facilitator-training program that was equal parts breathwork, deep personal development, and training in how to hold space for expanded states of awareness and support others through authentic presence.

This training, combined with lessons learned integrating his own extensive experiences with plant medicine helped Jonathan launch his brand “Blue Magic Alchemy ” that provides 1:1 integration and transformation coaching, a podcast, breathwork and meditation circles, and information to support grounded exploration into altered states of consciousness.
